Understanding The Risks

Please note that visitors to our attractions must be aware of elements of risk inherently involved with our activities, and are included in our activity sign in as well as detailed below.

• I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to collisions with obstacles (rocks, trees, debris, other vessels), high speed manoeuvres, grounding the Jetboat, capsize, and mechanical failures.
• I am aware that participating in the Jetboating activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, drowning/secondary drowning, amputation, or even death.

•  I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to rolling or flipping the Quad Bike or Buggy, hitting obstacles (such as trees, rocks or other riders) or being hit by other riders, falling off the Quad Bike, and equipment failure.
• I am aware that participating in the Quad Biking and Off-Road buggy activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), crush injuries, dislocations, broken bones, lacerations, or even death

• I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include, but are not limited to whiplash, spinal injury, retinal detachment, ropes/cord becoming wrapped around limbs, bungy cord snapping, and suspension trauma (hanging in a harness for an extended period of time)
• I am aware that participating in the Bungy Jumping activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, drowning/secondary drowning, amputation, or even death.
• Not all risks/injuries can be explained as it can be specific to the Bungy Jumper and their own physical health, pre-existing medical conditions, and previous injuries. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any conditions (health or otherwise) that may affect the safety and enjoyment of myself and those around me.

• I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include, but are not limited to fast flowing water, being pinned on underwater obstacles (rocks, branches, other debris), rocks, strainers (semi submerged trees), raft capsizing/flipping, injury from jumping into the river.
• I am aware that participating in the Rafting activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, drowning/secondary drowning, amputation, or even death.

• I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to being shot with a live firearm, kick-back from the shotgun, and loud noise from shots.
• I am aware that participating in the Clay Bird Shooting activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, loss of eyesight, severe head injury, loss of hearing, or even death.

• I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to being shot in the head/face due to mask removal, collision with obstacles and/or other players, gas canister detaching from paintball gun.
• I am aware that participating in the Paintball activity offered by Thrillseekers Adventures Ltd trading as Hanmer Springs Attractions can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, loss of eyesight, severe head injury, or even death.
